Scaling Unifi by Cutting SMB Onboarding from 6 Weeks to Less Than a Day
The goal of this project was to make the Unifi onboarding flow self-serve, allowing Unifi to scale with SMB customers.
Unifi lets businesses offer Synchrony financing options to shoppers at multiple points in the buying journey, from browsing to checkout.

Enabling Actionable Energy Savings Insights
The goal of this project was to improve the usability of the energy usage data graphs in the ClimateResponse app.
The Power Saver Rewards program is offered by California's major energy utilities: PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E, encouraging participants to save energy during emergencies to earn utility bill credits. The ClimateResponse app is used to enhance customer enrollment and engagement through energy usage insights, tips, and event notifications.

The goal of this project was to create a way for customers to easily enroll their home(s), disenroll their home(s), and/or update their contact information for the Power Saver Rewards program.
The Power Saver Rewards program is a residential energy program by California's major utilities - PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E. It incentivizes energy savings during emergencies with bill credits.
